The applicant assumes full responsibility for all communications and interactions with other attendees during and after the event. Naseeb Connections is not liable for any incidents, disputes, or outcomes resulting from contact made through our services.

By participating, you acknowledge that any personal or privileged information you voluntarily share with other attendees is done at your own risk. Naseeb Connections is not responsible for how other participants use or disclose information you share with them during the event.

4. Code of Conduct & Islamic Etiquette

To maintain a respectful and Halal environment, all attendees are expected to adhere to Islamic guidelines of etiquette (Adab).

• Civil Interaction: Respectful, purposeful, and civil conversation is required.

• Physical Boundaries: Strictly no physical contact between genders is permitted.

• Privacy Protection: Taking photographs or videos of other participants is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of our community.

• Misconduct: Naseeb Connections reserves the right to remove any attendee without a refund for behavior deemed harassing, inappropriate, or disruptive.

5. Assistance & Facilitation

Our team is here to help! If you are interested in a specific individual and would like assistance with a formal introduction, please speak with a Naseeb Connections volunteer during the event. To protect the privacy of our attendees, we will not share contact information or facilitate connections after the event has concluded. Please ensure you exchange information directly during the event if there is mutual interest.

6. Logistics & Liability

• Liability Release: Naseeb Connections is not liable for any personal injury, illness, accidents, or loss of property occurring during the event.

• Registration: We reserve the right to close registration at any time once capacity is reached.

• Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable.

• Event Details: To maintain security, the exact location for in-person events will be disclosed to approved and paid participants 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
