  • Event Application Details: Background preferences, lifestyle preferences, dealbreakers, and non-negotiables submitted through event intake forms or interest databases. (Note: We do not require or request photo uploads for event applications).

  • Payment Information: Transaction history and ticket registration details.

  • Technical, Analytics & Tracking Data: Device type, IP address, operating system, browser type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referral URL, and unique cookie/pixel identifiers.

2. Strict Confidentiality & Sole Access

We recognize the sensitive nature of singles events and personal criteria:

  • Solo Management: All event applications, intake notes, and contact details are managed exclusively by the founder of Naseeb Connections. No third-party team members, external matchmakers, or host venues have access to your private responses.

  • No Selling of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal profile details, contact information, or intake application answers to third-party data brokers.

3. Advertising, Tracking Technologies & Operational Service Providers

We use secure third-party platforms, event management tools, advertising services, analytics platforms, and pixel tracking technology to manage our business operations, run events, measure ad effectiveness, and communicate with attendees:

  • Luma (Luma, Inc. / lu.ma): We use Luma strictly as an administrative guest management platform to host confirmed event rosters, verify approved guest entry, record event attendance history, and manage event check-ins for both in-person and virtual events. Approved attendee details (such as your name and contact information) are securely input into Luma solely for operational and check-in purposes.

  • Notion (Notion Labs, Inc.): We utilize Notion as a secure internal database platform to store, organize, review, and manage applicant profiles, event rosters, and participant preferences for both in-person events and virtual event interest lists.

  • Google Meet (Google LLC): We use Google Meet to host, manage, and facilitate live virtual events and structured breakout discussions.

  • Meta Business Tools (Facebook/Instagram Ads): We utilize tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), including the Meta Pixel (browser-based tracking) and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) (server-to-server data transmission). These tools share event data (such as page views, ticket checkouts, hashed contact details, and IP addresses) directly with Meta to measure advertising conversion rates and optimize ad targeting. You can manage ad preferences in your account settings or opt out via optout.aboutads.info.

  • Brevo (formerly Sendinblue): We use Brevo as our primary email marketing and communication platform. By subscribing to our mailing list or registering for an event, you acknowledge that the personal information you provide (such as your name and email address) will be transferred to Brevo for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. Brevo automatically manages list compliance and provides an instant "Unsubscribe" option in every email broadcast.

  • No Stored Credit Cards: Naseeb Connections does not collect or store credit card numbers or financial account credentials directly on our servers.

5. Virtual Events & Online Interaction Privacy

When you register for or participate in a virtual event hosted via Google Meet:

  • Private Sessions: All virtual event links are private, encrypted, and restricted exclusively to vetted, approved participants.

  • Strict No Recording Policy: Audio, video, and chat logs from Google Meet sessions are never recorded, broadcasted, or archived by Naseeb Connections. Screen recording, taking screenshots, or capturing audio by attendees is strictly prohibited to protect participant privacy.

  • Display Names & Privacy: During Google Meet sessions, attendees may choose to display only their first name and initial. Your email, phone number, and detailed intake application are never publicly displayed during virtual sessions.

  • Direct Interaction & Contact Sharing: Naseeb Connections provides the platform for attendees to meet and interact, but does not conduct post-event matchmaking or manage match distributions. Any sharing of contact information occurs directly between participants at their own discretion during their live interactions.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for operational, logistical, and promotional purposes, including:

  • Reviewing event applications for eligibility, age appropriateness, and gender balance in our internal database.

  • Processing ticket transactions and sending event confirmations, Google Meet access links, venue security updates, and administrative announcements.

  • Communicating directly with you regarding application statuses or upcoming in-person and virtual event launches.

  • Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and building targeted custom audiences for future event launches.

7. Limited Circumstances for Data Disclosure

Your personal information will remain strictly managed except under these specific operational circumstances:

  • Legal Compliance: If required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or law enforcement agency acting under valid legal authority.

  • Safety & Fraud Prevention: If necessary to investigate potential fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or protect the physical or digital safety and wellbeing of our attendees, founder, or partner host facilities.

  • Essential Service Providers: With secure third-party platforms utilized strictly to operate our business (e.g., Notion for internal database management, Google Meet for hosting virtual events, website hosting, payment processors, email automation platforms, and ad performance measuring platforms like Meta) under strict confidentiality protocols.

We employ administrative, electronic, and physical security safeguards (including firewalls, SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and password-protected administrative databases) to protect your submission data in our systems, including Notion. While we take every reasonable precaution to secure your information, no internet-based data transmission or server connection can be guaranteed 100% secure, and users submit information at their own risk.
