🔴 If Declined/Filtered Out: If you do not meet the specific age bracket or vetting criteria for this month's event, your $50.00 ticket fee will be automatically and fully refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. No questions asked.
Note: Cancellations or "no-shows" from approved participants are non-refundable to protect the room's gender balance.
